I was going to do a "double" today and run 6 miles recovery in the morning and then an additional 3-4 miles easy in the afternoon. Well, the baby and I got the 6 miler done before noon (9:00 pace), but after he woke from his nap it was raining and still is. I don't have a rain cover for the jogging stroller, so in good conscience I can't run in the rain with the baby. I guess it's time to order a rain cover! Surprisingly the 6 miles felt good after yesterday's speed work. Tomorrow it's hills on the treadmill, about 12 miles worth. Woopeeeee. ;)
On a different note, the baby has a touch of what my husband had for the last few days. Some vomiting and diarrhea. Poor little guy. He's in good spirits though, and playing a lot when he's not puking or filling his diaper! I hope he gets better soon.
