Today is a rest day from running and I was going to do NOTHING (except watch the XTERRA race that Bob Gentile told me about). Not only will I watch that for additional motivation, but I will do the CrossFit WOD. I CAN'T do Muscle Ups (that might take years), so I'll be substituting kipping pull-ups (I still need to use a platform underneath to assist me), and dips. The workout calls for 120 of each, I'll do my darndest and will HAVE to break them down into sets. Between you and me, I'm shooting for 75 of each. Shhhhh!
