A Day of Rest

I'm taking it easy today, I think. No running, but I might swim for 45 minutes later and then do yesterday's CrossFit workout: 100 push ups, 100 sit ups, 100 airsquats for time. I'm skipping the 100 pull ups that were a part of it because of the 120 I did on Monday, and because the calluses on my hands are horrible (ouch).

Ran 6 miles easy yesterday w/ the baby in the stroller. Tomorrow I do 8 total, 5-6 will be at Tempo pace. I can't wait to speed it up a bit, and I won't have to push the baby tomorrow. :-)
