My arms are shaking as I type this, and my legs are toast.
I think I'll be completely fried by tomorrow because of today's WOD.
3 rounds for time of 50 Thrusters and 35 pull-ups.
I did it in 24:49.
2 of the rounds of 50 thrusters w/ 30lb., last 50 w/ 20lb. (I got tired).
All 3 rounds of 35 pullups done w/ jumping or kipping.
Can't wait to sleep tonight!

Hey GB. Howdy from an old MSJ friend (younger Bohi) Good to hear you're feeling better. Wanted to let you know that I've enjoyed reading your blog (very inspirational) for the last month or so.
