On the CF website, today is a rest day. Since I haven't done an in depth CF workout since last Sunday I wanted to do one today. Througout the week I've only done sit ups and push ups. This one was from earlier in the week. Everybody give it a go!
Here's what I did.
20 rounds for time of:
5 pull ups (can be assisted)
10 push ups (if you have to modify, that's ok!)
15 squats (no weight, just your body).
It took me 40 minutes. Ugh, slow. By the end I was as drenched as I am after I run a race. And once again, the callouses on my hands are back! After doing the math, that's 100 pull ups, 200 push ups and 300 squats. No wonder I was drenched!
Have fun with it.
