I'm sore today. My lower left calf is very tight and sore, and so is my right knee. I need to really rest tomorrow. That means no outrageous CrossFit workouts, but I will do sit-ups, push-ups and back extensions.
I ran 10.2 miles today. I ran miles 1-2 as a warm up. I ran miles 3-8 in 48:22 (8:03 pace) and ran miles 9-10 as cool down. I finished the overall run in 1:24:29 (8:20 pace). I'm going to seek the comfort of my husband and children now, and we'll go to the evening mass.
Gorgeous day out, I'm just feeling old and rickety.
TOTAL MILES: 10.2
WEEKLY TOTAL: 35.5

I hope you are back to super-woman soon.
It's funny to read you post as they sound like a slow job to you :) You are a speedster...even if you feel old and rickety!
Thanks Keith. I'm feeling much better after my run yesterday.
Hi running2bfree. You're so kind. Thank you! I just had a couple of days where nothing seemed to jibe well. But now I feel back on track. I think those cutback weeks are torture. Just think of what a basket case I'll be during actual taper!
